Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

Yes. We collect payment up front to keep checkout simple at trial end. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial — cancel anytime before it ends and you will not be billed.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you do not cancel, your card is charged for the first month of your selected tier. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed and your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days before archiving.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes prorate to the current billing cycle.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with login access to your DST workspace. Customers do not count.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, with two months free (effectively ~16% off). Contact us to switch from monthly.
